It’s that time of Year!
It is that time of year when even those that do not possess the physical fitness gene jumps into the gym or begins a fitness routine. Healthy and physically fit bodies become an immediate focus for many. It is a wonderful thing to take care of the temple but what of the spirit which dwells in the temple?
So I thought you might want to join me in a vigorous work out for the New Year.
You will want to stick to a consistent schedule. I recommend, 17 Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice. Psalm 55:17(NKJV)
